Lord Venkateswara trust TTD is facing tough time to pay the salaries of its employees. From about 50 days there is a continuous lock down due to corona virus, no offerings had been there to TTD.
Rs.1387 crore salaries should be paid by TTD every year. Now the only income for TTD is from Bank deposits. Around Rs.700 crores will be the income in form of interests. With the only income keeping in consideration board is planning to cut the salaries. TTD board is not sure about the things happening to be normal soon.
Meanwhile TTD board is planning for darshan with social distancing and also planning for sanitization around the place when the darshan is allowed.
